If you are unhappy with your purchase, we want to make it right. Broken or defective items can be returned for a full refund if returned within 15 days of purchase.
Merchandise may be returned for in-store credit within 21 days of the original purchase date.
A physical or emailed receipt must be shown.
Returned merchandise must be unused and must include all tags with original packaging intact.
All SALE items and SEASONAL items are not eligible for return. Final sales.
If you would like to return an item that you received as a gift, your item may be returned for in-store credit within 21 days of the original purchase date. You must have the first and last name of the person who bought it for you in order for us to look up the transaction value and date. You may also show a gift receipt. Returned gifts will receive store credit in the amount of the original transaction value. We do not offer cash refunds for any reason.
We offer store credit through January 14, 2020 on gifts purchased between November 1 and December 23, 2019. Store credit only. No returns on seasonal items or items that were bought on sale.
Seasonal and holiday-themed items are not eligible for return.
